The imagination is the only limitation we have when it comes to making photobooth activations for events.
The 2019 Bengalla Community Open Day offered us an opportunity to get creative within the Dress Like a Miner space.
At past open days the Bengalla team would use a blank wall with a collection of dress-up items for guests to snap their own photos, or have one of the team take it for them. When we were approached about being a part of the day we knew it could be taken to the next level.
The set up on the day included a custom backdrop featuring one of the operations trucks, lanyards that we would place a 6x4 print out into featuring three photos. Visitors were also able to send the photos to their phone as a text.
We had a fun day out and it is always great to see the community coming out to support local events.
We were kept busy and did not get to leave our post to see what else was happening during the day, but there was a lot of smiling faces and everyone we spoke to was full of praise for the day!
